Fortifi Bank’s Responsibility During COVID-19
As the world is working to contain the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19,) we want you to rest assured Fortifi Bank is taking measures to ensure the health and well-being of our clients and employees. We believe it is our responsibility to remain informed and make decisions that align with the CDC’s recommendations as well as our core operating values.
We are taking precautionary steps which include:
- Increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures in branches and offices
- Hand sanitizing stations in all branches
- Educational information distribution
- Increased staffing in drive-thru to reduce face-to-face risk
Fortifi Bank is committed to business as usual, now with a few added layers of protection against the virus. These measures are temporary and in the public’s best interest. In the meantime, please consider these tips to stay safe as we all navigate this dynamic situation:
- Utilize online and mobile banking for all your transactional needs
- Utilize the drive-thru for banking transactions whenever possible
- Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
